Depinder Kapur, a WASH and development leader, heads NIUA's C-Cube initiative and formerly directed SCBP, shaping national capacity and resilient sanitation frameworks. He held senior roles at CSE, Shiv Nadar University, WaterAid, CARE, Oxfam, WSSCC, SPWD, and AKRSP, advancing rural-urban and Global South water agendas.
With over a decade of cross sector leadership, Aseem has advanced livelihoods, mining, and urban WASH & Waste Management in rapidly transforming regions. He has led initiatives at Tata Trusts, PwC, and BORDA, promoting decentralized, nature-based, climate-smart systems across South and Southeast Asia and co-foundied FISH to drive accountable & sustainable urban transformation.
Jeevan Roy is an urban planner with expertise on water, sanitation, and integrated urban systems, bringing over ten years of experience. He has spearheaded initiatives with Tata Trusts, MDWS, NIUA, IPE Global, BORDA and international donors on impactful urban programs, and since 2025 leads FISH's technical portfolio.
Meenal Katpalliwar is a civil engineer with experience in WASH and solid waste management. As Program Coordinator at FISH, she steers projects, partnerships, and sustainable service delivery, championing circular economy approaches and grassroots impact.
Vani Prabhu is a finance expert with over 20 years' experience in accounting, audit, budgeting, and MIS in the development sector. She has held senior roles at BORDA, Nightingales Medical Trust, Raleigh International India, and SVYM, and is a certified PFMS Master Trainer under the CGA, Ministry of Finance.
